Rebecca Loudon

Lawboxer - Legal

After qualifying in 2008 in a City firm, I decided to specialise in commercial and intellectual property law. I worked in an IP boutique in London for a couple of years and then in between periods of maternity leave, I was engaged as a consultant solicitor on projects with clients from a range of different sectors. Having enjoyed working in-house, I took up a sole legal counsel role with a marketing company based in Manchester.

My experience covers a broad range of commercial and intellectual property matters, in particular negotiating and drafting a wide range of commercial contracts and advising on the protection and exploitation of intellectual property.

Most of my free time is spent juggling my 3 children and their extra-curricular activities but I also love good food, travelling, walking, reading and watching TV box sets/films.
